The Board of Directors of Jindal Stainless, at its meeting of February 7, 2022, approved the raising of funds with any other co-issuer, by way of issuance of debt securities, including debentures or non-redeemable bonds. secured or unsecured convertible bonds, or commercial paper or notes (listed/unlisted) or any combination thereof, through private placement or otherwise, in one or more tranches or any other method in the domestic market /international, as permitted by applicable laws up to an aggregate principal amount of Rs. 3,500 Crores or its equivalent in any freely convertible foreign currency.
