Inox Green Energy Services board approves fundraising up to Rs 500 cr

Inox Wind announced that the board of directors of the company’s subsidiary, Inox Green Energy Services, at its meeting on December 06, 2021, approved the fundraising, subject to the receipt of required approvals, including the shareholder approval, market conditions and other considerations, through an initial public offering of its equity shares comprising a new issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 500 crore (new issue) and/or an offer for sale of equity shares by certain existing and eligible shareholders of the company, pursuant to the Companies Act 2013 and rules made thereunder (Companies Act), the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended (SEBI ICDR Regulations) and other applicable laws (the “Offer”).
