The Hindustan Copper Board of Directors will meet on June 30, 2022 to consider (i) raising funds through the issuance of shares through the Qualified Institutional Placement method to the extent of 9,69,76,680 shares with a par value of Rs.5/- each of the Company in one or more tranches (ii) to offer, issue and allot secured or unsecured debentures or non-convertible bonds on a private placement basis up to 500 crore rupees.
