The Community Foundation for Staffordshire launched the We Love Uttoxeter Fund in early 2022, led by Ashley Brough DL, former High Sheriff of Staffordshire and Trustee of the Community Foundation for Staffordshire. The fund will provide small grants to a wide range of projects based in the city and surrounding villages. Applications from local groups in need are welcome and will be reviewed by a panel twice a year.

Businesses and individuals are welcome to donate or fundraise and all money is invested through a permanent endowment fund by registered charity The Community Foundation for Staffordshire, following the guidelines of the charity committee.

Interest and dividends earned on the money invested are then distributed by the We Love Uttoxeter Fund in the form of small grants. The beauty of this model is that it will provide an ongoing source of funding that can be used for small grants and larger grants as the fund grows, for many years to come.
